Fifi Floral Hair Scrunchie

Handmade from net fabric.  Floral detail gives an elegant look to the Hair.  
I use 12mm wide elastic.  
Each scrunchie will be different due to pattern placement when cut. 
The net is see through, so on full stretch you may see elastic.  However, the fabric is double length of my standard Hair Scrunchies.
